Submitting photos

By submitting photographs, videos and documents to SaferDesign you agree with the following:

 

1.    By submitting to this site you are automatically assumed to grant permission for the use of the submission to any and all visitors to this website with the restrictions you may specify at each photo. The administrators of SaferDesign cannot guarantee that the site users will obey these restrictions. SaferDesign is in no way responsible for the subsequent use of supplied submission and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such use, unless following exclusions apply:

2.    All submissions uploaded onto this site must be original material created by you. By submitting any images to this site contributors are automatically assumed to be the creator and owner of the submission. You may not submit submissions created by another person or taken from another source such as another website, etc. Unless written permission is supplied from owner. 

 

3.    You can not now, or at any time in the future, demand money or income from SaferDesign or its owners or proprietors or those using submissions found on this site for the use of said images. SaferDesign will act as agent in any images or material sold from this web site, SaferDesign.Org, and take appropriate fee where SaferDesign (c) is shown. Fees will be negotiated at time of sale and all fees will be directly donated to our chosen registered charity.

SaferDesign reserves the right to edit any photograph, document or video and remove any identifying marks, names or faces.

Acceptable use and saving submissions to fixed and removable drives or any other media

By downloading material from this site you agree with the following:

 

1.    You may use any of the submissions in our system free of charge for any health and safety training or for any other means if it will prevent accidents or ill health in the workplace. You must obey any of the specified limitations concerning each submission you save or download.

 

2.    Selling these submissions (individually, or as a whole) without written permission is prohibited. Using the photos in power point presentations (other than safety training), website templates for profit or gain will be considered as selling.

 

3.    Permission is not granted for the selling of any submissions individually or as part of a package through online auctions.

 

4.     The submissions provided have taken time and effort from the contributors. Please take the time to give feed back as comments on the submissions will improve usefulness of the site.

 

6.    The site administrators of SaferDesign.org shall not be held responsible for any copyright violations, and cannot guarantee the legality of information stored in its web site. You use the site and the information provided is at your own risk!
